2012 - time to “Man Up”
I have to be honest, having had time to reflect over the holiday period it’s time to really kick start my life and career again.
I feel super motivated about 2012. A time for less bullshit more action and striving harder than ever to be the person i want to be.
My motto in life is “Don’t be a spectator” which means this year is about getting my book finished and published as well as trying to break free from the ‘same old, same old” shit and start doing things differently with a little biz of Cash pazazz.
My 9 challenges for 2012.
1: Be remarkable: Good enough is the enemy of great. Being remarkable takes guts, energy, passion and hard work. Be relentless when pursuing it and it will pay back your trust.
2: Show the love: Be a trophy husband and father.
3: Energise everything you touch: Let your energy for life be apparent in everything you do.
4: Have an opinion: Find a point about everything and share it with the world.
5: Be crazy different: Simply being different doesn’t cut it anymore. Be crazy different. Work the Zag effect. Do the unexpected. Everybody loves surprises.
6: Be healthy: Don’t eat and drink shit. Miles = smiles.
7: Pay it forward: Do nice things for people and don’t expect anything back.
8: Don’t forget me: Find some time to do the things that make you happy and get that bloody book finished!
9: Read avidly: Knowledge is a powerful friend so make the time to read interesting stuff.
Okay, that’s it. Let’s look back in 12 months and see how we’ve got on with this lot.
2012, let’s get cracking.
